At Goldwin, we stand by the quality of our technical athletic gear; if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the product is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided during the online initiation process.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
